Any items you wish to return must be received by us within 30 days of the date of purchase. Certain products may have exceptions listed on the product page. The following conditions apply to all returns:
- All returned items must be in 100% new condition and in its original packaging to receive a refund. Do not write or mark, place tape on, or deface the original packaging in any way. Each returned package must contain the product, cables, any accessories, and all manuals and warranty cards originally shipped. The product must be returned in 100% resalable condition to receive a refund.
- There cannot be any signs of wear or modifications to the product. Any products that have been used, that are not found to be defective, are not returnable.
- Returned items that show evidence of abuse, neglect, or misuse will result in a voided warranty, and the products will only be returned to you at your shipping expense.
- It is recommended that any returned items shipped to us be insured, as you will be responsible for any damages incurred during shipping.
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the shipper. Please do not return items COD as they will be refused and returned to the shipper.
- Please mark the Return Material Authorization (RMA) number clearly on the outside of the box to ensure proper credit. Any box not marked with RMA may not be properly handled and as such may not be properly credited.
- Refunds will be credited to the original purchasing credit card account number only. Note we are not responsible for any costs borne by you beyond the cost of your purchased good, and any refunds are made in accordance with the terms of our refund policy.
- It is the customer's responsibility to immediately inspect received packages for damaged or missing items. Warranty does not cover physical damage, and we will not replace any items for physical damage or any items claimed missing more than 10 days after receipt by the customer.
- Due to administrative costs and charges by the shipper any shipments that are refused or returned undelivered will incur a $25 fee. If you decide after ordering an item that you don't want to purchase and the item has already shipped please accept the shipment and return the product(s) to us for refund in accordance with our return policy.
- In the unlikely event of a dispute please contact us we will resolve any issues fairly. Anyone filing a chargeback on their credit card will invalidate the return policy and no returns will be accepted. All support and warranty will be voided as well, due to expense of defending a chargeback.
- Warranty is effective for one year from date of purchase. Warranty covers manufacturer defects only. It is the customer's responsibility to pay for any shipping charges to return defective items to us for repair or replacement.
- Defective items will be repaired or replaced at our discretion. All repaired or replaced items will be returned to you via ground shipping by the carrier of our choice at our expense.
- All defective items will be tested to ensure that they are defective. Any items returned to us that our found not be defective will be returned at customer's expense.
- Customer agrees to allow for a reasonable amount of time to inspect items returned to us for warranty service, and to allow for ground shipping time on the return shipment. If customer can't afford any downtime then they will need to purchase extra backup products.
- Warranty does not cover physical damage of any kind, including weather related damage.
- Receiving a replacement item does not extend the warranty, warranty is good only for one year from date purchase of the original item.
You agree any disputes regarding any policies on this site will be resolved in a court located in Seminole County, Florida, USA. We reserve the right to amend this policy at any time, the policy posted on this website shall be deemed to be the policy in effect at the time of any request for refund or warranty service.
